1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material, with each production step meticulously overseen by our dedicated QC team, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of excellence.
2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is 15-30 days from the receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor?
Yes! In addition to PVC vinyl flooring, we offer a variety of flooring types including MGO, Mineral Core Flooring, Rigid Core Timber, Self-Adhesive options, Quartz Sand Tile, Roll Floor, and more.
And we also provide essential floor accessories such as adhesive, skirting, underlay, and more.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
Following our company policy, we provide free samples. However, the freight charges will be borne by the customers.
5. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon the copy of the B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM services and can assist you in designing cartons and sample swatches to support your sales efforts.
7. Can you help design a color film based on our requirements?
Absolutely! We can customize the color design to meet your unique specifications.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For cleaning dirt that doesn't come off with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film, along with a mop. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is advisable not to walk on your SPC floor for at least 24
hours post-installation. However, you can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Though chips and deep scratches in SPC cannot be removed, they can be concealed.
To eliminate scuff marks, try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark, then wipe it away with a soft cloth. Ensure you
thoroughly wipe the SPC floor with a damp cloth afterward to remove any residue from these solutions.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifespan of vinyl flooring varies significantly, with high-quality products lasting between five to 30 years. Proper care and maintenance greatly influence the longevity of your flooring.
